Committee Meeting Minutes of Troop 100 on March 20, 2006

Meeting opened at 8:00 PM. Members present were John Smith, Lisa Smith, Lisa Mucciarone, Mike Acosta, Michael Tweed, Beverly Carrington, Steve LaBossiere and David Fawks..

Scoutmaster

Snorkeling trip is scheduled for 3/25-3/27, currently 10 boys will be going. The food bag distribution is also this Saturday, food bag pick up is scheduled for next Saturday.

Treasurer

No Report

Liaison

Key trip tour permit has been ordered and should be here in a few days.

Advancements

Court of Honor will be scheduled for after summer camp has ended.

Fundraising

There is a pancake breakfast tentatively scheduled for 4/30.

New Business

Gas will be reimbursed for required drivers for trips over 100 miles.

The new phone list will be sent out soon.

K of C dinners are going well with the boys that are volunteering w/service time.

The troop will need 4 committee member spots to be filled.

The next committee meeting will be April 24 at 8 pm
